Our organizational structure is guided by a Board of Trustees and governing documents designed to promote accountability, transparency, ethical leadership, and responsible stewardship of organizational resources.
Conflict of Interest
SEAD maintains a Conflict of Interest Policy requiring appropriate disclosure and management of actual or potential conflicts to protect the integrity of organizational decision-making.
Financial Integrity
SEAD is committed to responsible financial management, appropriate internal controls, accurate recordkeeping, and transparent stewardship of charitable resources. Financial and regulatory documents will be made publicly available as they become applicable and available.

SEAD values the voices and participation of communities, youth, partners, and stakeholders in advancing environmental sustainability, advocacy, education, and community development.
